Forest mushroom soup first tastes of the evening With organic egg custard. “Step onto a forest path illuminated by the sky’s quiet magic.”
Sautéed reindeer where the night turns warm With mashed potatoes, lingonberries and pickled cucumbers. “Deeper in the forest, the warmth of this traditional Lappish meal waits for you under the stars.”
